Quotes and starting prices

Published prices are starting points. Vehicle specification, security codes, key type, location and attendance time can change the final price. We confirm price, scope and ETA before dispatch. Any materially different or additional work is explained before it proceeds.

Vehicle authority and safe access

You must be legally authorised to request work on the vehicle and provide reasonable identity and ownership evidence. We may decline or pause work if authority cannot be verified or conditions are unsafe.

Guarantee

Replacement-key, programming and workmanship outcomes are covered by a 12-month guarantee within the agreed scope. Damage, misuse, unrelated vehicle faults, depleted batteries and changes made by others are not automatically faults in our work.

Payment

Use your vehicle registration as the bank-transfer reference. Card payments are processed on SumUp's website, under SumUp's applicable terms. Never send card details or a PIN to Yorkie Car Keys by message.
